recently my accoount got suspended i dont know the reason and submitted a appeal but after reading all the replies should i lose hope or be optimistic
it depends, and they rarely unban in general. since they use AI moderation to mask false positive bans, so they dont have to deal with most appeals. rarely they get unbanned because "an error on thier part" and it apparently has to be on the 1st account that was banned, trying to appeal other accounts wont work.I recently came across a few discussions about reddit account suspensions and was curious about how permanent suspensions work.
for those who have gone through this process , is it actually possible to restore a permanently suspended reddit account?

You can ask for an appeal through the support. It may or may not work.I recently came across a few discussions about reddit account suspensions and was curious about how permanent suspensions work.

reddit is not known for maintaining accounts long term. The platform is well known for banning accounts randomly. i dont think anyone seriously tries to build a massive presence on the platform since it is averse to self-promotion. If you get banned just start a new one and forget about it
