Can a network help with copyright?

I have seen youtube being very stuburn in the youtube help forum about not giving people back their monetization even after 3 months (Alot of times) and all issues being cleared on the account like they said they would. Pretty much, The account will fully be in good standing but the monetization will be disabled and no reason will be given. No one at yt will do anything and these accounts just linger seemingly forever in a lost state

Does Being part of a network help in this situation with any reliably?. Do they protect you?. And if so is it because they have a direct line with youtube?. Thank you

if you use copyrighted content no body will protect you from youtube ban, not network not even an army

The footage is not even copyrighted. It's just claimed copyrighted once out of maybe 10 million views on my channel. I always win the claim but now youtube has banned my monetization even tho I won my claim, and I hear they often do this and don't hold up to their promises to re-enable monetization after the 3 months they ask you to wait.

What my question is, do networks help work out youtubes bullshit in regards to youtube withholding monetization even after the 3 months they ask you to wait?.

They are saying currently I have to wait 3 months for the community guidelines strike (From a months ago) to expire to have my monetization re-enabled. Which is not fair because the monetization was disabled for the copyright strike not the super minor guidelines strike and I already won against the copyright strike. They want all issues on the account to be clear before re-enabling monetization.

HOWEVER . This is what they say, not always what they do. Alot of times youtube will just never re-enable your account and give no reason after making you wait. So my question is.. do Networks stop this behavior.
