Hi

Lets pretend, that i've purchased a domain/hostin with my real name and own cc.. And i abused a brand name like fx apple. Would they be able to pull out my real info from the hosting somehow?

Thread moved to a more suitable sub forum

Absolutely yes. And chances are you might get legal C&D letter too!

Absolutely, and moreover ISPs will not hesitate to rat you out for illegal activity depending on where you are from. Everything is monitored mate.

jaja bro the next time you first need a secure connection to create accounts and register everything and then to access it always safely never log in from your home connection

after create an email for the purpose and never share it in public or use it for other things

then create an account on paypal or on other sites with a fake name a virtual vcc with inside the money you need to buy everything and a virtual phone number

then finally registers the domain and always take the server with a false name

now you can finally put your soul in peace

hope help

Yes, but Id suggest getting an offshore hosting company that doesn't give a shit about complaints.

Always use fake information and virtual credit card or crypto when you are going to do things which could get you into serious trouble.

Of course. Any company you use can pull your info and give it to the feds if they feel like. Although most will require a warrant be presented first. Fake info, VPN, and crypto can help keep you anon, but you're playing with fire. And eventually it will catch up to you.

It depends on what you did and how big the host is. I don't think they snitch easily unless your brand "abuse" was very bad.

You asked if they would be able to ..
They will easily get your info from the hosing company :/
