Can a FB page get your account disabled?

Let's say I have a spam facebook page. In case if a lot of people report the page, my page will get deleted or something like that. That's ok though. However, will it also effect my facebook account?

If your posting on the page as admin or have authorized an app to post on page, then your account will get hit. If you are an admin, and another admin is posting then your account isn't affected.

Better add another admin to your fan pages to be sure!
