It's possible depending on the type of business if the only audience you're worried about attracting is people on Facebook. But not everybody uses Facebook nowadays, especially younger people. Plus Facebook isn't trustworthy and they can delete your page anytime they want without giving you a reason. Or at least not a reason that makes sense.

Of course it is possible but the efficiency is not high, because:
Limited user audience
May be flagged as restricted at any time for violating FB policies, or being reported to FB by a competitor.
Can't build credibility as a website.
I think you should have a website, then develop more in other social networking platforms.

Fb pages are also good for small businesses, but it won't last long because fb is very tightly controlled, will choke your page interaction if you have a small violation

Rightly said. Suspension or Banning is another main angle. Also shadow banning chances are more on it.
