Can a DMCA get your domain deleted?

    I know there's DMCA-proof hosting, but is there a way DMCA complaints could make it where your domain doesn't work?

    I'd like to make sure I'm covered if it's possible.

    Not really. That only happens if you are running a torrent site which is famous or something along these lines. If you are doing something like that, then avoid the common TLD's and look for other domain extensions. A good example will be what the top torrent sites are using.

    Like he said ^ don't buy ex: .com .net. .org .info style domains. They are easily shut down. Buy more offshore type domains like .ru and .su ect.
