If you are spamming a site, which has either a 302 or a single link to a business site, can it also get penalized once the spammed site receives a penalty?

As I understand it, since a 302 is not passing link juice, it will not pass a penalty. The link however might pass it, even though it is very unlikely.

I just want to be 100% sure, because I dont want to sandbox a business site.

Nopes! 302 is temporary redirect not permanent. So you need not be worry about it. But make sure when you apply 301 redirect the site has to be good not spammy or penalized.:)

I understand that it is not a permanent redirect. I find it hard to believe though that there is really no risk involved, since it is very obvious, that the spammed site is related to the directing site and that the owner of the later just using the spam site as entrance to his moneysite.

302 won't pass a penalty. I wouldn't worry about the issue to be honest.
