camtasia tutorials or is this vid edit

I'm needing to create a camtasia video from an ebook I have created and want to learn how to create something like this stomper*net video:

Is this camtasia in fact or is this done in a video editor?

Obviously these guys a really good at this and I'm not trying to reach this quality as I want to get the product out quick, but I would like to use the same principles of moving text around, having audio, and having graphics that I can move back and forth along with background music.

Are there any tutorials that teach this?

Some of that does not appear to be camtasia - but I'm on a mac with screenflow so I can't be 100 percent certain.

I know some of the effects screenflow can do (which from what I hear kicks camtasial ass)

That intro looks like something I'd normally do with final cut pro. A lot of it is slides a basic program (microsoft office stuff or keynote for mac) which are easy.

camtasia will not let you do elaborate graphics like you see there and i assume that the stomper people have a professional editor with an elaborate editing program. what you can think about doing is using text, dissolves and images in a creative way with powerpoint or keynote on apple, then record the presentation either with camtasia or screenflow (mac).

as far as instruction there are many tutorials you can find for free even on this forum, but masteringc@mtasia(dot)com i found to be incredible. it is a membership site and well worth the twentysomething dollars a month. i joined for a month or two and learned all i needed at the time before switching to screenflow (just because i have a mac. it is not better than camtasia) and canceling my membership.

thanks for the info everyone. I have sony Vegas and can use that but am not familiar with it so I'll take the advice given and check out the sites and try to learn quickly.

It sounds like what I'll have to do is create it visually in vegas and then do the voice over with camtasia.

Here is an example that I did in about 10 minutes using my camtasia and my logo program. Just Do one main, then move your words around, and lap with audio. This is a 10 minute job so not perfect but it will work as an example.
