Campaigns advertising

Hello everyone

I have a friend that lives in a forgien country in the Middle east and he has a really great connections of people who's running for elections in their country's parliament and they are asking him to make some online advertising especially on instagram and twitter ads.

This person asked me to make some instagram ads for them plus some re-tweets that would help their campaigns .

is there any more ideas or ways you think you can help me out with that would lead me to get good outcomes of advertisement that would impress these clients.
Plus this person I know has different clients that would pay him for online advertising for their businesses.

Get all across social media - FB, insta, twitter etc etc.
Press releases.
Guest posts.
Premium sites like huffpo.
Interview style outreach posts.
Etc.
