That hashtag is trending worldwide on Twitter right now. I just knew it was someone in IM but seems to be some fans of some guy but anyway seems like it could be good for adult niche if you need that type of traffic now is a great time to try

The hashtag isn't sexual, it means something like "ugly teenagers on photos are beautiful but not so beautiful".
