Cam site Help & Questions

I know there was a few people I've read about on here doing it and I've heard that there's software that aids in this. I'm wanting to know how folks are posting feeds up on sites like chaturbate. I know of folks who download some live feeds from cam sites then go on run them on accounts with other cam sites. My question is what is the software(s) that allow for such a thing in which the cam site believes that the feed is coming from your own PC and its you broadcasting live on your own webcam?
