I don't think that would help, the person is based in India and more than likely he automated this stuff with some anonymous proxies.
I don't think they have a site, they just spam their number over a ton of other forums as well. I've seen the number on Acer Help Forum, Dailymotion, etc.
More like 1:100.000 when he keeps on providing this poor sound quality on his phone. It made me feel like i was transfered back to 2006
