And your setup is?... you just have xbox 360 controller and old pentium 3 computer?

If you have anything near powerfull then get battlefield bad company 2, if you have xbox then get battlefield 3 as it is released in this month (gonna get it for box cause i would love to play from my large TV)

The only games I've used my xbox controller for have been sports games, virtua tennis 4 (which is broke on the PC btw with no support from Sega), most games mouse and keyboard are the best. Even, surprisingly, arkham asylum.

Alienware Laptop's are terrible to game on and the battery life , Well i wont say
I've used something called a FragFish FX controller on the PS3 and its sort of like half a PS3 controller and a mouse lol
Get used to the keyboard and mouse rather than an Xbox 360 controller , It will soon come

Racing games are SHIT
I was ranked ~#10 best halo 2 player some years back and i kicked asses of people who got halo2 to their PC's with keyboards and mouses... i whooped their asses with xbox controller... its all about person who plays... my friends dont like to play against me cause i'm mostly gonna crush them.Had to lose some steam, fridge full of meat.

I dont game much anymore but L4D2 w/KB & mouse is beast,Like many others have said using a controller is good for games like NFS,assassins creed,and games like that...
