- Details keep changing. One minute investment is $5k miniumum, now we hear it's $1k.

If this Shitlist Thread wasn't created, I feel many people would've got burned after months of delays. The excuse would've been (we've seen it all before):

We are partners. He is a rock solid partner and I would not trade him for anyone else. He handles the financial stuff (which I hate) and helps manage the project.

No, it started off at $1k min, then $5k and now it's closed. We wouldnt take your money if you begged us.

Thought I'd bump this post as it was a good one from a mod that seems to be getting ignored. Not sure who this JimmyWong guy is though, but I doubt he has any pending dispute. Can the mods calm the pigs down here so John can work for his investors please?

When the JV started the min amount was 1k. After there were enough investors the only needed a few more and changed the plan. 5k min and one time payout after that.

He is using a proxy because I believe they are at the same location if you listen to the tape you would know that there are 2 guys and 1 of them is holding the money.

@USProxyking look man this is what I'm talking about I'm giving answer about the JV and it's not even my baby. I pulled out because when I was referred to the shitlist your partner was giving answer that make it seam as he was already gone with the money.

You were online and didn't react when I msg you. I'm sorry but those were to many red flag and this time I wasn't going to wait to get fcked over. When I woke up 8 hours later I saw your posts and all that stuff if this happend earlier I wouldn't have done the dispute. As far as paypal goes it's no trouble letting them know tht it was a mistake and no harm was done. I'm not going to beg and if you prove the CL I have your back. But there were no communications yesterday and I had to act fast.

For all the questions Im getting pretty tired reading the same things so I gave some answers will check again for others that I can give.

What you're finding so difficult about following the staff's instructions is beyond me. 2 staff members have requested that no one post unless they have relevant information to add to the discussion, and every post added to this thread that's pure speculation, commentary, or opinion makes it more difficult for the staff member handling the thread to sift through the junk and extract the facts. If we have to start banning people for ignoring these instructions then so be it.

that is why this forum could have like a user's reliabilty rank. It is have been quite a mess. If a non-experts comes around to make investments, for sure he would have a lot of research to do. Because there are lots of jargons and once one is "familiar how they sound" one then would find the first partner to go along. Then one should go to Free-lancer Thread? No difference. //Do you get what I mean? The "reputation" of a lot of responsible and pro users by spending their time posting around BHW could also be harmed. My ideia is to share around too, but i am a begginer. Like me, some would hang around posts and be unlucky to find unreliable mofo's like this guy on this story. Now, a direct thread to reliable users and ranked like that will eventually be needed. /do you agree?

In essence, what you are saying is that you are unable to think for yourself, and would prefer others do it for you?

I sent him this question by email, he never replied.

If something exhisted that gave those kinds of returns do you honestly think that you could find out about it on a forum - for christs sake grow up. (If a return like this was possible and I knew about it, it would only get shared with my closest friends and family)

If the originators of this JV are so smart and successful then why do they even need your money? I make 1K a day online and if I needed 30K, or even 100K for a venture the evidence of my 1K a day would have the banks falling over each other to lend me the money, at a rate of well under 10% p/a. I think I saw him say somewhere he was earning 5 figures a day. if this was genuine why would he even need your money.

I guess this is what users of the now extinct HIYPs are doing nowadays, so it's not exclusive of BH forums. They can pull their tricks anywhere, really. Just be wary of anything that seems too good to be true, it doesn't matter if you're at a bodybuilding forum, a BH forum or a 4x4 enthusiast website. And I mean this in general, not particularly about this USProxyKing member.

Best JV investment is to invest in your own brains and skills. It will pay out pretty much quickly.

Another unwarranted post ignoring requests of the moderators. There was only one investor here that wanted his money back and, as stated in the thread (if you read), he got his $1k back right away. I'm an investor, and simply want this thread to be closed, end of discussion so that my investment can be focused on anything but this thread. Unfortunately it has distracted John.

See thomas, you're thinking that all of these posters are angry investors. They aren't. This thread was started by a troll trying to stir the pot for reasons that don't concern my personally as an investor. No investors here are 'naive'; all have exercised due diligence. We're mostly business owners that know what risk taking entails. In all of my investments though, I've never seen anything like this. Shame on BHW for letting a drunken buffoon take things this far.

As far as I'm concerned there isn't anything else to be discussed here. This post is relevant because I represent investor sentiment.

Ok i guess i have to post something here too as i got many PM's from some members.

First i would like to ask senior members who are posting here why they didnt acted before in the jv thread posting their concerns but it took a shitlist thread.Myself i had a lot of bad rep and PM's because of my posted concerns and feel at end like a moron fighting for other peoples money without any backup.


So what i can definetly say as i also chatted as hidden"possible investor" with USP is that most of his and globalsolutions claims on the joint venture thread are false.They know it and if you talk private with them they are not really denaying that the calls are not fully legal and that they will use number list which can't be proofed if they are legit or not.He told me that he dont like to talk about it in public cause its blackhat .They will try to cover the commerical surveys as good as possible and will cover their asses against telecoms since he knows how.Since this is a blackhatforum and he said that he knows how to cover his ass (which personly i dont belive but thats just my opinion) and because of postings from members like "i dont care if its blackhat or not as long as i make some money" i posted as last

My opinion he is a smart guy but this joint venture is real blackhat and high risk

Real blackhat because its not legal as claimed from both and high risk because of the many red flags in the jv thread and possible complaints to telecoms if the robocall should really start calling once.

He is definetly a smart guy if you talk to him you can see/hear it but like i said before the claims about the legality on the thread are totaly wrong and they know they are going to spam and need to cover their asses.

If the history is true about travor i dont know and i also dont want to post about it anything
