Calling Out meatro

Ok folks, we're here today to find out why meatro disappeared/place him in the shitlist.

meatro runs a loaded vps company, Blackcat VPS, please don't subscribe.

On September 5, he received an automatic payment from my PP account. Then immediately closed my subscription.

You can see that I revealed the amount for the only transaction where I received money, which is nowhere near his amount.
I've started my dispute, and I think I have a pretty good chance at receiving a refund...

I've tried to contact him, no responses in 10 days so far.


In this thread, you can see that he hasn't responded to anyone else.

Not totally conclusive, I know, but it's the truth.

$44 isn't really worth losing either one of our accounts, the big thing is that he has everyone's link information. Some important stuff on those servers we were renting. There were a few service providers using his service, so who knows, maybe he has your link/KW/url info.

Let's get his sig link pointing to his site/service out of BHW.

meatro has been notified of this thread and has 24 hours to respond.

Also, I've closed the thread but left a note for those who've been complaining in this thread.

It's about time meatro got shitlisted.

I have been a customer of Black Cat VPS for awhile now and then out of nowhere the servers stop working. I contacted meatro and he said they were having some issues with their supplier so I remained patient. Long story short, it's been almost two weeks since he said that.

In those two weeks, I have emailed Black Cat VPS customer support a few times and also PM'ed meatro here. While my subscription got cut off early, it's not the money I care about.

I had very important files that I needed to get to (yeah, I should have backed them up), and to this date I still have not been able to recover them. In this type of business, to cut someone off from their files can cost people thousands of dollars.

At the very least, it would be nice to get a response back so I know if and when my files will be available. When an issue like this arises, customer support is more important then ever. Meatro disappearing for weeks is not only extremely unprofessional, but also extremely unethical.

My advice is to stay away from BlackCat VPS!

I hope this gets worked out. I've spent time talking to him before, testing his VPS when they first started. He was a nice, helpful guy. Hopefully he comes and does right by all.
