Calling Leads On Public Holidays

Hi guys,

I would like some feedback from the offliners!

I have a great method (which i will share when im done with it - it will get saturated fast) for getting free website design for hosting leads. and have about 50 fresh leads to call the start of next week.

it is a public holiday in the uk on monday and most of these leads are small businesses that have given me personal numbers. Do you think calling on the monday is a good idea? or should i wait til the tuesday?

I would personally wait till Tuesday. I know at least over here 90% of businesses will be closed.

Please don't. Enjoy the Holiday and let them enjoy it too.

Also the purpose of your call is to do business, usually on a Holiday they are not on a business mindset and more likely to tell you to get lost.

Wait until Wednesday and give them a ring. (NOT on Tuesday as many are really busy getting the week started.)

absolutley wait until wednesday, the best times to contact business leads is the middle of the work week tues, wed, thurs... mondays and friday are usually the worst two days on one end there getting the week started, and the other there trying to get it finished up

it's a very bad idea. it's my personal experience that people don't like them to be called on public holidays. You will loose your possible customers by doing this as they won't talk to you or abuse you. so next you won't be calling them again.

you have to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday, let them enjoy holiday on Monday.

never ever call on a holiday as it is a day for people to relax. They will not be in the right state of mind to take your offer seriously.

Nobody want to be disturb during holiday as they want to spend quality time with their family.
