Calling all wordpress PROS

Hey just a couple of days ago I set up my own wordpress website and installed the plugin called Draft Scheduler.

It was working for the first 2 days posting every 2 hours as i had set it and now I don't know what has happened.

I must of done something and stuffed it up because now it won't post the Interval I set. It just posts everything in my drafts straight away. Can anyone please help me with this its doing my head in.

I have tried deleting the plugin and re installing it - still not working properly.

Anyone can help me with this?

You do know that Wordpress has a built-in scheduling feature, correct?

You can also try using this plugin called WP Missed Schedule, or you can run a cron job/edit your cron.php file, although I've never tried the latter myself.

why do you need a wordpress auto post plug-in ? If you intend to also post on all social media platforms simultaneousely search for bufferapp

Generally, when you post a tech question and then find the answer out yourself, it's polite to post the solution at the bottom of the thread. This wasn't too technical so nbd, but when I'm tracking down issues & find a thread describing my exact problem that ends with "fixed it, kthxbai!" it seriously damages my calm.

I use the edublog WP theme to host an entertainment website; our article writers draft posts for the week ahead in advance using the default WP draft feature. It's worked well for us so far. Does this Draft Scheduler plugin have any extra options as such?

OP what was your final resolution to this? Super glad you found a solution, but please share it with the rest of us. Others are trying to point out that sometimes solving a problem comes down to Googling "site:blackhatworld.com problem," and that other people can't find the solution you've discovered if you don't share it. Hope you'll take the polite request from the likes of established BHWer's and the MOD that weighed in on the thread, and share your final resolution even if it was that you made a simple error. Others make simple errors too, and by sharing we all avoid those mistakes in the future.

Sorry I just went back to read all my posts, and didn't notice I had replies.

So basically If I can remember, I fixed it by setting the Draft Scheduler to set posts for the next day, NOT the day you are currently on.

Also make sure your timezone is set correctly to avoid any other mistakes arising.
