Offer something people need on a daily basis and do it with high standards...Then you can forget about a monthly fee...cause people will be buying daily.
I had a guy who needed a podcast turned into video...(I searched him up to see what kind of videos he already had and they were ugly and cheap looking.) I made him a custom looking video that is sharp, clean, and professional. He loved it so much he just keeps ordering them every time he does a podcast (1-4 a week).
I wouldn't worry about a monthly fee, If you offer something people want you should have no problem making sales daily. Supply and Demand
I recently had problems with an established gig where I referenced monthly fee. Fiverr seems to be against gigs where delivery is past 30 days. Either go for something people will need frequently or maybe structure gig so the purchase 15 days and they get 15 days free.
