Calling all Black Hat SEOs! Critical Advice Needed ASAP!

thanks.........................................

I mean, I don't know what you want people here to say bro. Just trying to tell you straight. You took a job that is bound to fail, unless you have some magic SEO fairy dust you can sprinkle on the index and magically make terms appear in the top ten in 90 days. You also have to think, if these are their expectations of you right from the start, imagine what they will be if you actually survive the 90 day trial. Man, the stress. Not worth it in my opinion. But good luck bro...

Just my 2 cents..

I know i took a huge chance but i wasn't getting my family by with my last job so it was either take this job for double the money or keep trying to put food on the table. Maybe someone can give me some tips on maybe what to say to my boss when the time comes. I mean almost all my keywords are all within the first 5 pages. So i guess i will just keep showing him progress...

The situation would have been better for you if they were comfortable with blackhat techniques (no big company would, just an example). But it's worse for the following reasons:

- Whitehat SEO is more difficult to learn
- Whitehat SEO techniques are more difficult to implement
- Whitehat SEO takes longer to produce results

To be frank, I don't know what kind of advice to give to you because you are in a dilemma right now. If you quit, you won't have any source of income. If you keep working and you fail to produce the required results, you're still going to lose your job.

My best advice to you: Start reading a lot about whitehat SEO and implement the methods you learn as you read. If I was in your shoes, I would try my best.

Wasn't trying to be harsh man. I have a family and understand the massive pressure you are under to make sure they are taken care of. Hit me up on Skype (jstover77). I'll take a look at the site(s) and maybe I can give you some advice.

I'm new here and new to IM (2/3 weeks) so take this comment with a grain of salt but I think outsourcing would be your best option, but learn whilst doing it.

You also mentioned that yeah, just show him results and results, he will eventually see that just maybe it can't be done in 3 months and extend your probation period.

The problem with outsourcing, is that you still require a certain level of knowledge, enable to outsource the work.
The worst thing OP can do, is outsource to somebody who knows less than him, but might be a better bullshitter.

From my understanding he has an adequate amount of IM knowledge?
Oh most definitely, but sometimes desperate calls call for desperate measures.

If you PM me I will try and give you some advice. I do a lot of SEO for local keywords on big sites, and sometimes I have to keep it White hat for my clients. Maybe I can score a link or two from you for the help!

If you need to show results and calls fast, you need to be going for "low hanging fruit" over a bunch of different areas/cities.

There are easy keyword combinations in every market, you just have to find them. Read keyword research info first and implement some of the tactics. Backlinko.com has a great guide to check out.

Make the on-page seo awesome. It can have a great effect on old pages by beefing them up and adding a bunch of content.

Find out what you rank for on the 1st page or 2nd page in webmaster tools, or whatever rank tracker your using and work on getting in the top 3 for some terms. I would assume a few extra calls/leads per day would make your boss happy and you can show him/her that it will continue to improve.

Try some parasite seoing - Hubpages is a personal favorite of mine. Write some really good hubs and send some links to them.

Put up a bunch of content - some of it will rank if you focus on small cities with little competition. Use the Randomness of google to your favor and write, write, write pages.

If it's not high competitive keyword, try some web 2.0 as blogger, wordpress....

why cant you build some solid white hat tier 1 links and blackhat tier 2 linking to tier 1?

90 days and white hat? I hate to say it but the odds are against you.
