Call from Unknown number?

I am from India,i got threatening call from this unknown number +70672824 ? It is call from any app or android or any software?

What kind of threats?

Besides typing in their number in DuckDuckGo (I don't use Google anymore, for all the reasons worth learning why) and choosing any one of the many free number look-up services, you could download a 3rd party app named TrapCall.

If it isn't a case of constant harassment, that you can report the number to your phone carrier for help, and just a minor annoyance, simply block the number on your phone.
