Call Extension Problem

Hello, Everyone I am getting a strange problem with call ext, every time I add a call extension after a few days it gets disapproved. and this issue I am only facing with a UK phone number. France, Germany, Canada, and other countries are working fine.

I have tried all formats on the website and the phone number is active. the account is almost 4 years old and I had never faced this issue previously.
