Does anyone know how I can open a call center in my decision? and what do I need, does anyone have experience with how they earn, I'm interested?

You need an office, phone number, dialer software, licenses for the dialer software, computers headsets (good quality is crucial) then You desks and chairs and employees. And customers.
A callcenter makes money in a lot of qays from customer support, sales (inbound and outbound), lead gen (inbound and outbound), lead qualifying (inbound and outbound), phone answering for other companies.
But in all honesty if you have to ask how they make money, then my best advice to you would be DON*T do it, go out and get some experience fom a callcenter first. then you can think about doing it, But I'll tell straight up it aint no easy task.

Depends on the situation and where you are operating and the contract you have with your client, in some cases the client may be responsable for providing leads, if not then you can use vatious leadbrokers or collect the leads yourself.

There are options. Do you plan on sourcing the call center in a 3rd world country? If so , many of them can offer low hourly rates which includes agents, phone lines and sometimes a CRM. It may be a better way to start off. It's less risky on the expense side also.

Bro I have worked in call centre industry from India for 15 years. Your question is to vague. You need to specify what language you will be addressing to and which country. Also what kind of centre you are looking to build inbound or outbound. Both has its own requirements. Regarding basic question where you can get number from that you will get from any voip service provider. If you have more questions pm me.
