Hi all
We have a site generating approx 120 inbound customer service calls per month. Average call duration is 1 minute and they need agents to answer these calls 24/7
These are non technical calls and all we need is the customers name and email address. We will then either follow up with a call or email.
Ideally I am looking for a call center in India or another location which has decent English language skills.
No selling what so ever involved, just take the name and email address of the customer.
