call bomber?

Any one know of a program that will call a phone a shit ton of times like a SMS bomber but for cell phones? want to play a little prank

there is a program which is quite famous...but its offline rather than online... advertise the guys whose number is in ur prank mode in a random network like tuition center or some where else... scribbled on a piece of paper with attractive advertising words and his number... and voila the guy gets loads of calls... this can go either ways.....

disclaimer: i am in no way responsible for the consequences this method incurs...the method is solely at users discreetion with regards to its usage/implementation..pranks do get dangerous at times whether intended/unintended..so its advisable to warn the user to not think that hes a smart ass cause there are many more in this weird world who can double outsmart him

not condoning it, but we did it to a friend by putting a picture of a sweet car with a low price on craigslist and the dude got hella calls

I'm late lol. I can do this , I actually sell this service on fiverr. when the phone ring, I hang up , and dial again and over again , target won't block my number because I have unlimited caller ID.
