Cakeslice iframed offer...how to hide the "hover cursor over" link?

So I used Cakeslice and made an iframed email submit. I framed it to only show the email entry field and the "CONTINUE" button. I uploaded it to my webpage, and when I hover over the "CONTINUE" button with my cursor, it shows my affiliate link. How do I hide this or change it to something else less suspicious to my visitors?
