Caffeinated Content 3.40 Still Broken?

Has anyone updated to 3.40 and actually had it working and pulling articles in? I still get the same error as "not recognized as article" or something along those lines. Support is terrible, he NEVER replies and I've tried all emails that I know of to contact him.

Their support is worse. Many may having same problem.

So, Fletcher, does this mean you have tried 3.40 and still have problems?
