Caching plugin with most flexibility

I am creating a site that uses the amazon api to list products, prices, and compare them.

I was reading Amazon's terms of service and they said I can't cache prices and images I got using the api, what caching plugin will allow me to cache my site while avoiding caching things I choose? (like the price and images)

Right now I'm really worried because I want the speed of a cached site but don't want to break amazon tos
