Read somewhere that having a browser with a history of browsing websites, cache and cookies makes you look more authentic and make accounts creation more legit than starting with a fresh new browser profile, not sure how true this is but it makes sense.
I did a Google search but I couldn't find any extentions that generate such data. Does such extentions exist ?

AFAIK there is none. You can literally create them yourself and transfer onto profiles by cookiemanager extensions but there is no READY solution exists.

I'm not sure about this statement, but your IP address also contributes to your authenticity. Doesn't it?
 
I know that sneaker community are using cookie harvester so they pre-generated different cookie profiles.
 
I don't know if it defines being legitimate or real. Sometimes, If you are trying to create an account on a website that requires you to provide personal information, such as your name and email address, having a browser history that shows that you have visited other websites related to that topic can automatically fill in the details.
