.CA & .FR domain extension

Hi everyone,
I would like to know if there is a way to buy those domain extensions without getting the restriction. Because my domain provider is saying that I need to be living in those countries in order to buy those domain extension.

For .fr domain extension you should go with online.net
but maybe you require to buy hosting from them too...

Note: I don't use their hosting so do it by your own..

They have good deals and cheap only make fake whois for .fr domains
