I used to have this cool program that made sounds every time that I got a sale or cpa lead etc..I guess that it just ran in the back ground and updated every 15 minutes or so. Does anybody know the name of this program or of another one like it??

I set this as a ringtone to one of my email accounts on my phone. So every time I get a sale my phone sounds like bunch of coins dropping. makes for an interesting conversation when it happens in public

Look at Quality Unit's PAP alert. It doesn't play a sound though just a notification on your screen.
