C P A L E A D or your own content locker?

After testing Cpa lead network on various traffic sites side by side with my own content locker...I have to say that you're better off using your own content locker than a 3rd party. For example, cpa lead has same email offers as maxbounty. Let's say you're promoting the iphone email submit. If the visitor submits their email via cpa lead content locker but not fill out the entire address form you will not get paid... on the other hand if the visitor submits the same email lead on your own content locker you will get paid for the email submit even if the users doesn't complete the mailing address part. so you could be losing a lot of money using cpa lead network content locker while they are making money just not reporting it to you.
This is my personal observation and I believe you're better off with your own content locker and direct affiliate offers.

There is a reason why this so called company is blacklisted here...
They still owe me $1,000 since 2010 but continue to spam me with their BS new features and that they 'want me back'...

If you want long term money you need leads that convert for the advertiser. Yes your own locker is better, but make sure you have quality traffic or you will not get paid and your accounts will get banned.

Anyway, OP, I would try both at the same time.

You redirect high paying users to clp and other countries' to a locker like that network. That works wonders

I just use Content Lock Pro. In my opinion it is the best content locker ever made.

Go for ContentLockPro. C.P.A L.E.A.D owed a lot of people money and banned A LOT of people they owed. Content Lock Pro is still owned by Meathead1234, I believe. He's a trusted mod.

They are scam. Day before i needed to get paid, someone changed payment option to bitcoin instead of my paypal, and tomorrow i saw that but "system already sent payment automatically"... then they checked what happened and i'm suposed to believe that some russians entered in my account.
