I'm a beginner and I'm planning to learn programming
I'm curently torn between C++ and C#. I'd appreciate everyone advice on which one I should focus on more deeply so that it can be applied widely in the future

As a beginner it's better to go with C++ and it is applied widely as well.

Learn C++ first, that will knock out the whole learning curve..
