C#: Open then Populate?

How can I make my program have a button that opens a text file filled with a URL of sites then when I open it it populates a listbox. Then once the URLs populate the list box how can I make my bot visit all those sites?

Also lets say once my bots done how can I save the file and all the other textboxes in a file? I also want to add a Project tab so my users can fill their details.
