c# expert required. i pay you!

I am searching for a good C# developer that can help me finish of some basic functions.

I am building an Ebay application, i am a programmer myself but due to lack of time i need a extra hand in finishing this small personal project.

I am using ebay APIso this is a requirement. ebay's handbook is available online.

What i need to get done is this
