C++ add advanced features to my code. {asap}

I have an algorithm that works perfectly but I need to add c++ oop advanced features to my program (I am only good at c#) such as operating overloading, passing the data as arguments by reference and value, memory management for the creation/deletion of objects, virtual functions need to be added.

If you are easily able to create this, I need this done in the next 18 hours, we can come to a fair price
