Bypassing " Pending editorial review" on KW level

Hey guys

Do you know if its possible to bypass
Pending editorial review on certain keywords? I can see that my competitor is advertising on an "illegal" KW and they are using a variation of the word, where they swapped e out with é. I tried to do the same trick, but the KW bounced back as disapproved.

I did however get my ads approved with the same trick, but on KW level. Do you know any tricks for bypassing the editorial review? I know its possible since my competitor is doing the exact same thing.

I have been checking their site and they are not cloacking.

What kind of keywords? Adult, Gambling, Trademark?

No because the adult campaign is not an option in the country I'm advertersing in. I believe only a few handpicked countries have the adult campaign in Bing

Will waiting someone who have expert on this.

i knew a guy who was able to bypass that let me get a hold of him and let you know
