Bypassing "it was me" checkpoint.

Has anyone had any luck in bypassing this checkpoint? I'm running real clients accounts, some of them get them - some don't and I'm not sure why.

I've tried all proxy types including mobile (not usa mobile) and haven't had any luck.

Anyone have any ideas?
