Bypassing google ad blocking

Google blocks ads because of the dmca, as a result, an empty advertising space appears on the pages. Are there plugins for wordpress that can show other Google ads in places where Google ads are not displayed?

No. But you can just change the url little bit, and ads will be visible

I am not sure if you can replace ads but there are plugins that will detect ad blocker and tell user to turn it off to see the content of your site

Not a good idea. Personally I leave such sites immediately.

Losing a visitor with an ad blocker is not an issue as you bring no value to them, only costs, that's why they use ads in the first place.

Google won't show ads if you have DMCA reports. You can update the URL to display ads as long as the block is not sitewide.
