so i must buy a channel with 100 daily upload limit ?

The API method used to work, but not anymore. YT have patched it.
Only channels that have been given permission by YT or have bypassed the YT requirements to be in this bracket are able to post large quantities of content on a daily basis, due to their unlocked limits. (Channels like T-series and so on).
Yes, to be able to do what you are asking to do, you will need to go ahead and buy a channel like these. But keep in mind that they cost a fortune. But do check around and see what you come by.

my shorts limit is 10 daily - is that normal or throttled
youtube closed the door a long time ago, but just increase the amount of channel, want to upload 100 shorts upload 10 on each channel a day. and you have 100 uploads...
