Bypass the 300 Youtube View limit? Account Subscriber Maker?

Is there any way to bypass that 300 youtube view limit? I know after 300 they only add views that are actually legit..Or if there a program that gives views thats even better

Also is there anything that makes accounts/subscribers for you?

You need real views from (exchange site/or buy views) to unfreeze the 301views counter.
