Bypass my amazon’s security code

I need help with an amazon login error. After amazon’s security update I can’t log into my amazon buyer account. They send a confirmation code to my email and I don’t have access to my email any more, for years

Is there anyone that knows how to bypass amazon’s code that they send? I have all my account details, like billing address etc but I just can’t access the code.

Is there any option for phone verification? If not then contact with Amazon support.
