I have a link which when punched in the browser takes me to a page where Google stops the auto-redirection.
The page states this:-

Redirect Notice
The page you were on is trying to send you to "example.com"

If you do not want to visit that page, you can return to the previous page..

Is there anyone who has any clue how to bypass this warning by Google?

Is your example.com using an insecure connection (self signed SSL) or has any malware on it?

it's plain url and doesn't have any SSL and NO, it doesn't have any malwre in it

Google cannot do this unless they're sitting between you and the website.

How are they intercepting this redirect?

If its via google docs then nothing you can do. Maybe a cloaker to the 2nd google doc link would do (while redirecting correct visitors to the actual page).

A kind of security token called USG is what i am looking for.

Check the source code of the page where this problem occurs. Most likely it could be caused becoz of malware code.
