Is there anyway to Bypass the Captcha when adding new friend? (without really verifying with phone)

I know someone who can do it but he want to keep his secret.

I got it for free. Basically it tells you to use touch.facebook.com or m.facebook.com It does the trick though!

when we go through url m.facebook.com .the captcha will not be asked.so can add friends easily.

the m.facebook.com is for accepting friends right? i don't see a point in using it for requesting friends?
