Public liability insurance doesn't protect you from getting ripped of by the customer, it protects you for any damages that the customer may incur due to you or your work.

Let me remind you something, Someone of you changed this guys username after the last time, this is not the first time this has happened with this guy.
This username was changed.. this guy was selling Shopify sites before and he didnt deliver, some of his customers came to me to complete the works.. which I did and one of them was @warriorsam53 - His site was a hell of a task but was finished nicely.
But here are the old threads:

It was a cash-grab, he offered sites that he wasnt able to complete, when the negatives started to come in he requested his threads to be shut, which the mods did and then he requested that his username will be changed.. month passed and he started to offer the same kind of things again with his new username..
I didnt want to say anything at the time, since if you approve it.. it's not my business to say if its right or wrong, you have decided it - so be it.
But you guys need to check who you let to change the username when the negatives are coming in, here is one of the old ones - because of which he decided to close the old threads before and change the username:
On top of that, even the sample sites he provides should not pass the BHW review quality. There should be some sort of common understanding in place, that a site like this just cannot be any part of this marketplace : https://happydope.myshopify.com/

This is why those people should have opened a Shitlist thread. Every Jr. VIP is allowed to change their username once per year. They don't have time to do background checks on everyone. That`s actually a good thing if you look on the positive side; means the admins keep the community clean and all scammers go out.
I don`t know why people think for beer money can have something with quality in return. This will not happen in online or offline; you simply get what you paid for.
