By the IP, Gig or by The Thread?

I was wondering if anybody has advice for choosing between by the gig proxy services vs thread/port limit vs by the IP. I am using scrapebox with automator plugin in a vm so I plan on letting it roam and maybe hitting automator changes on the command line every now and then. I am on one project (no multiple clients) so a single instance is expected at first. No comment posting, just G/B research...

Yes, you can use Proxifier for that
 
I was talking about the selection of pricing models that proxy sellers were using, and inquiring about costing variables based on the given specs ( no spoons needed, just brainstorming from the experienced with said above costing/resourcing scenarios), or are you saying that proxifier tracks bandwidth used by the IPs (which would be a big help)?
