Personally, buying ads/shoutouts/tweets or whatever you want to call it from any site like fiverr or even buysellads tend to be a waste of time and money. You're better off looking at different ways to increase your audience/following.

if you think spending around 30 bucks for rnadom shoutouts and getting maybe 50 followers is worth it then you should go ahead and try them out most acounts there are junk i bought shoutout from 250K he got 500 like son the pic... my account with less than 10k gets 500 llikes...:/

I've sold on there but the customers I've had are complete dumbasses. Their niche is completely unrelated to my page so they get awful results, I usually just ended up refunding their purchase because I cant be bothered to post their picture and have my reputation ruined. If you buy from there, actually check the account before buying. Make sure their posts are in the exact same niche as you. Check the amount of likes and comments they get on each picture. Followers mean nothing. Almost every account on there has tons of followers but gets like 2k likes and barely any comments, but charges ridiculous rates. Good luck.
