Can someone please fill me in on exactly how advertisers can make money on buysellads ? (Example: get this link for $300 a month)....i

What exactly are you asking OP?
You need a ton of traffic to make money on buy sell ads.
For example, if you had a site that got a heap of traffic, like a tutorials site, or a news site. You could sell your ad space for quite a bit a month.

I dont understand how you need to ask this question...

If you SELL ad space for $300/month, you get $300/month. This is money.

If you BUY ad space for $300/month, you get thousands of people clicking the ad. These people buy things from your website. This is called making money.

What is it that you do not understand about this concept?

How much is 'a ton' in terms of daily visits to a website?

i used it before not that great. CTR horrible even if its your niche. They didn't approve my website even though I have more traffic then half the websites on their.

Was tempted to use them, but some of the websites on there selling ads are pure garbage..
Had 3-4 websites coded so badly they froze up my browser..

Selling ads on there was fine but actually buying ad slots and getting good results ROI, not so great.
