Buying Youtube views and being with a network! = Profits

I was just curious,

If I am with a network who pay per 1k views, could I not just buy views say... 5,000 views for.. I think it was $3.50. BOOM profit? Then just use the money the network pay to just keep buying more? like a cycle as such?
So I could start using my profits to buy say... subscribers, comments and what not until I start getting more natural traffic?

Those networks can do this by themselves too ... and if they are not doing it that means
they will not allow you to do it either.

Check their policies first.

Questions like these have been asked over a million times already.

Botted views bypass ads.
No ads for your network = no money for you.

You would think that if such a method exist, no one would be selling views anymore.
