Yeah, it works like a charm if you know how to "properly" use it. I mean, don't spam the same forum that has been spammed to death with keywords like cialis and viagra and you should be FINE.... Diversification baby!

It's only useless if you don't know how to scrape and build your own lists (and maybe mod your x_files). If there are fields/forms on a certain webpage, xrumer can fill it.
