I don't think that what the OP mean is sharing xrumer license. I do believe that what he/she meant was JVing with people that don't have xrumer. Then they will split the profit. It's the same as the other two people here selling their xrumer service, the difference is that they sell their service while the OP wants to partner with people.

if your not sure about buying the tool, ill vouch for it

As far as I remember, yes. But you still need to use it yourself (you're the only one who have permission on the server). You can have partnership / JV though, but you will be the one that runs the xrumer, hence it means you don't share the license. Your partner can do the other part, i.e. make the website, make the posting material, provide the content, provide the script, or any other.

I would be interested if I could use it. The problem is only one can and the other one has no guarantee they won't get ripped off.

I have a fully licensed copy of xrumer & hrefer. Yes I shelled out the $500 for these appz. My problem is that I live in a crappy little place with no adsl (yes shocking but true) so running xrumer for me is piss poor. The software itself is awesome and you need hrefer too.
I dont have the expertise or ability to set this up on a windows server so would like to offer my license for sale. I hope this is allowed?
I just never use my copy and its such a waste that someone else who know show to use could really kick ass with xrumer.
